The Bastian CB18 AGF enables 24/7 automated operations by navigating your facility layout without additional infrastructure or disruption to current operations. The CB18 AGF aims to lower operating costs by increasing efficiency and reducing labor needs. Use for drop-off and pickup from conveyors, stretch wrappers, and automated storage and retrieval systems.
Design
Uses Natural Features Navigation (ANT-driven technology) to follow programmed paths by referencing existing features in the environment, eliminating the need for costly infrastructure like magnetic tape.
Flexibility
Forks can automatically spread, sideshift (5.6” in each direction), and tilt to improve pickup and drop-off capabilities. Can be redeployed for different tasks and easily scaled by adding more vehicles to the fleet.
Ease of Use
Features a counterbalanced design and dual traction wheels for improved stability and braking, with a “virtually zero turn radius” for tight spaces.
